The Kids Are Alright

I love kids. From the cute little ones, to the awkward teenagers.
Here’s a couple images from a recent shoot for America’s Choice, in which I got to photograph a little bit of both.

    I really like the organic, textured vibe of some of these shots. A bit more raw and real, instead of completely controlled and stylized. That’s a lesson that many of us, as young photographers, can keep in mind….including myself. Loosen the reigns a bit and don’t try to force a moment, let it come to you instead.

    Love the first shot, the ‘blue locker’ shot and the ‘chalkboard’ shot.
