Recap From Week In Europe

Frankfurt, Munich, Switzerland, and Prague. I was in each of those cities last week. It was an ambitious trip, and we crammed in as much as possible. We rented a car, and I was the driver on the trip so I can now add ‘Autobahn Expert’ to my resume. And I only say expert because most of the time I was driving through one of the worst snow storms Germany has had in years. My favorites? Prague was amazing. Unlike any place I’d ever been. And Munich was a really cool city that I felt I’d like to live in. But the highlight for me was going to the top of Mt. Pilatus in Switzerland. I’ve already posted an image from that here, but I also shot some video which is what really does these breathtaking views justice. If you’re afraid of heights, perhaps you shouldn’t watch. If not, I hope you enjoy this as much as I did. And turn off the HD option if it’s not playing properly.

January 19th, 2010 at 10:09 AMWonderful images! I went to Europe for two months when I went freelance. Prague and Munich were two of the many cities I visited. As you’ve pointed out, Prague is not to be missed. What a city! Glad you had a good trip!
